Bobby Burke has been vice president of American Commercial Real Estate since 2003. His interest in a diverse mix of national, regional and local entrepreneurial businesses has provided Bobby the opportunity to expand his tenant representation to include retailers such as Planet Fitness, Firefly Yoga, Lux Dental, Valvoline Quick-lube, Lash L’Amour, Waxy O’Connor’s Irish Pub, Sprint Wireless, Medi-Weightloss Clinic, Kiwi Burst, Sweet Kiwi Frozen Yogurt, and Accelerated Performance Personal Training.
Bobby’s earlier experience in the auto body industry as a master technician was a natural fit to commence leasing space to high profile auto franchises like Meineke, International Auto Parts, Valvoline Quick-lube, gas stations and used car dealers. Success here led to Bobby’s becoming the head leasing agent at several new construction retail centers and mixed use projects such as Chestnut Green in Foxboro, Horace Mann Plaza in Franklin, Charles River Plaza in Dedham, Petruzziello Plaza in Dedham, Islington Village in Westwood and 755 GAR Highway Plaza in Swansea.
Bobby’s many specialized licenses and certifications include licensed Real Estate Broker, ICSC member since 2006, licensed Contractor/Supervisor, certified welder, certified A/C repair and replacement, licensed auto damage appraiser, certified airbag diagnostics and replacement, certified plastics/composites identification and repair, and certified BMW aluminum Z8 repair.
As an initial investor in Maritime Tactical Systems (www.maritimetacticalsystems.com), Bobby has provided sales consulting on advanced maritime autonomous drone technology that is being used worldwide in defense surveillance and exploration of a range of different applications, including work with the Army Corp of Engineers and other US agencies.
Bobby continues in service to others by mentoring many who have been afflicted by drug addiction and alcoholism for the past 18 years. He has coached youth soccer and baseball for over 13 years. Bobby enjoys hockey, boating, swimming, hiking, exploring, and skiing. Other passions include Harleys, home construction, classic cars, invention, and traveling with his three children.
